Situated in the heart of the Kimberley, Halls Creek is the gateway to a range of world renowned natural attractions, including the World Heritage listed Bungle Bungle ranges of Purnululu National Park. PUBLIC NOTICE

Free Microchipping

The Shire Rangers are offering free micro chipping to everyone who registers their cat or dog before 30 June 2016.   (One year’s registration costs $20 for a sterilized dog and $50 if not sterilised).   Failure to register and microchip your pet is an offence which can incur modified penalties up to $400.00.

Fire permits

ALL fire permit applications must be made 72 hours before required start time and all aplications must be made by email to ranger1@hcshire.wa.gov.au or in person at the shire office.  Permits will not be issued over the phone.
